Who We Are
The Gilligan's team has been making homemade hard ice cream for more than 30 years in the small community of Sherburne, NY. Starting in 2018 Gilligan's Ice Cream can be found at other locations across New York State.
Our Flavors
Gilligan's hand makes over 30 flavors of premium ice cream as well as Vegan, Beer, Wine, Hard Cider and Liquor ice cream. See our list of flavors below, but check back as we are always in the lab trying new flavor ideas.
