Gilligan's Ice Cream - The Place to help you Fundraise

Thank you for reaching out regarding our ice cream fundraisers.

How our program works is your students/members spend 2 weeks selling pints of Gilligan's Homemade Ice Cream for $7 each and $3 from every pint goes back to your group.

Your customers will be able to pick from 6 flavors including Cookie Dough, Mint Chip, Vanilla, Peanut Butter Cup, Black Raspberry and a custom ice cream creation of your choosing! We provide the order forms.

We can give you guidance on creating a flavor if you decide you want to proceed.

We will then designate a time for our truck to be parked at the school for a few hours so the students who sold ice cream can pick it up and then distribute it to their customers at their own convenience.

We usually take 2 weeks from conclusion of the sale to ice cream to be ready for distribution.

Here are some thoughts on creating your custom ice cream flavor for your group.

Most ice cream flavors consist of 2 parts, a base flavor (vanilla, chocolate, black raspberry, etc.) and then the add-ins (sprinkles, chocolate swirl, cookie dough pieces, etc.) Remember sometimes less is more, too many add-ins make it hard to get the correct proportion in each pint.

Base flavors possible include:

Vanilla (we can dye this to make some colors as long as it isn't a dark shade)

Chocolate

Mint

Cake Batter (we can dye this some colors as well)

Black Raspberry

Coffee

Strawberry

Black Cherry

Cotton Candy (this flavor can also but custom colored)
